Pine Ridge Church Family & Friends,
It’s Regathering Time! I am excited to welcome you back to our first in person worship service on May 31st, 2020. We will offer two services at 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM to meet the needs of safely seating everyone.
We are going to observe the following guidelines as we come back together for the first few weeks and then we will adjust as needed. Please help us by:
Our service will be different at first. Services will be shorter. Every other row will be closed off to maintain social distancing in front / behind families. Our deacons will open and close the doors to the church. We won’t use hymnals or pew Bibles. Extra cleaning will take place between services. We expect these to be short term changes!
We will only have our morning worship service at this time. All other services / Sunday school / and other ministry gatherings will stay on hold for right now.
We are doing our best to follow the guidelines Governor Lee has shared with churches in the great state of Tennessee and also following what the CDC has published.
If you are symptomatic, have a fever, have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive, or have traveled to a hot spot in the past two weeks, we kindly ask that you stay home a little longer. Our services will continue to be live streamed at 10:00 AM and CD’s will be available to those who need them.
Our staff and volunteers will be screened prior to service as well.
All of this is being done to do our best, as the Pine Ridge Baptist Church Family, to protect you and our community.
Also, the recommendations for those who are elderly or at high risk due to other medical problems, is to stay home a little longer. As your Pastor, I promise you we fully support your decision to stay home due to these unprecedented times. This will pass, and we will be here excited to see you when you do come back!
With all of that being said, Welcome Back Home!
